FB Ads Hourly Snapshot (API, CN) Audit and Run Instructions

This page is for Meta Auditors to verify the actual usage and permission compliance of the extension. The extension allows advertisers to view and export data for their authorized ad accounts. It supports multi-account selection, hourly snapshots, CSV export, and long-term tokens. Data is used only for reporting and optimization purposes and is not shared with third parties.

Quick Start for Auditors

Click "Download and Install Extension (ZIP)" and extract it. Then, in Chrome, go to Extensions → Load Extracted Extension and select the extracted folder.
Click the extension icon to display the pop-up window. Select Connect to Facebook to complete OAuth authorization. The plugin uses the following scopes: ads_read, ads_management, business_management, and attribution_read.
After successful authorization, click Load My Ad Accounts, select one or two accounts with data, and Save Selections.
Click Capture Now. The plugin will read the selected account's ad data and save an hourly snapshot.
Click Export Today's CSV to view the exported CSV file in the Downloads directory.
